Kasey has over 10 years of executive level administrative experience and 3 years office management experience. She has a BA in Business Management. As our Office Manager, Kasey is our client's first point of contact, and the go-to person in the firm for all administrative, HR, accounting needs.

As a proven Project Manager, Katherine is an experienced proficient leader that specializes in commercial planning and permitting in Texas municipalities. She has significant cross-industry experience and proven success in visualizing and identifying effective strategies for achieving clients' goals. With a BS in Accounting and currently working on her MBA, Katherine has the ability to optimize success for our clients.

Tisha Ritta is a well-versified Project Manager with 12+ years of customer service experience. She has assisted a multitude of Austin companies with tax prep and accounting services. Her love of real estate development drove her to build a successful construction company from the ground up.

As a project manager for Permit Partners, she efficiently and effectively identifies and relates relevant technical issues, key to the City of Austin’s development code, to review staff and clients alike. Her extensive knowledge in all areas of business and phases of construction makes her a considerable asset to our team.
