David Cancialosi
President & Founder

David Cancialosi

Currently oversees aspects of all cases, works on highly complex entitlement cases, and continues to build new client relationships. Previously worked for a variety of central Texas municipalities in Urban Planning, inspections, and development review capacities. Received B.S. In Urban Planning from Texas State University and served in the United States Marine Corps prior to returning to Texas.

Kasey Jaegers

Kasey has over 10 years of executive level administrative experience and 3 years office management experience. She has a BA in Business Management. As our Office Manager, Kasey is our client's first point of contact, and the go-to person in the firm for all administrative, HR, accounting needs.

Jennifer Hanlen

With almost 20 years of business development, sales and client services experience, Jennifer has a wide range of skill sets that she brings to the table. Her willingness to go the extra mile for each and every client, along with her dedication, perseverance, and integrity are the main ingredients to her success.

Jennifer received her BA in Communications from the University of Houston. Having lived in Austin since 2009, she has also felt the growth in the residential and commercial landscape of the city and is now thrilled to have an integral part in the land development industry.

Claudia Sanchez
Project Manager

Claudia Sanchez

Claudia holds a B. S. in Architecture from UT Austin with a continuing education from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores, Monterrey. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Claudia has experience in the field of architecture and construction administration in both Mexico and the United States and has experience in commercial permit expediting, multi-tasking, and project management.

Christi Mueck
Project Manager

Christi Mueck has spent 5 years nurturing relationships that get permits approved expediently and efficiently. Her knowledge of the process and communication skills make her respected with the agencies frequented by Permit Partners.

Christi’s process expertise belie another stunning differentiator. She has the eye and the soul of an artist. After attaining her art degree at UT she was the Art Director for Houston’s largest independently owned marketing agency. She has a loyal graphic design client base as the founder of BadDog! Productions. Christi combines her talents to drive creative solutions for our clients.
