Having already experienced trying to get a from the city for a detached carport and unsuccessfully going to the variance board, the mere thought of going down to the city permit office again was unconscionable. I was so lucky I found David and DCI Permitting & Land Consulting. David was extremely professional, filled out the permit application for me, made sure he and I were on the same page in terms of the project scope, and completed the task in record time.
