To Whom It May Concern: “I was having a problem getting the City of Austin to issue new building permits after I Foreclosed on a Condo. project. The original permits were issued prior to McMansion but expired prior to finishing the project. In order to continue we were required to go before the board of Adjustment for a waiver. After talking to David about the situation and his ideas for solution I retained DCi. His professionalism and his knowledge of the City process were impressive. He developed a plan and put it into operation. Shortly (time is relative in dealing with the City of Austin) we received approval from the Board of Adjustment to continue the permit process without meeting the McMansion rules. I have full confidence in David and will use him again if the need arises.
