David helped me with a complicated permit for a renovation to convert (an illegal triplex) to a duplex. He was knowledgeable and responsive to questions, he talked with city staff in regard to code enforcement, gave me a good assessment of the process, and secured the permit. As the project has continued toward completion he has made himself available for inspection issues, and has provided insight and answers.
